Should you buy this? You should. I think this will be the greatest asset for my future. After this course I'm really putting a lot of time and effort using what I learn as I'm more confident building a portfolio.

I have really enjoyed this course. I have already used Illustrator a lot for print applications, but I was curious about using it for web design. I'm excited to start using illustrator for my own UI design projects, and plan on taking Daniel Scott's additional courses in order to eventually build full websites.

Very well thought out course with a clearly defined methodology and easy to follow lectures. The instructor is fluent in English, something that is unfortunately not always the case on udemy, and follows a straight to the point approach of presenting the material in a clear and concise manner. The additional resources, that are required for following the lectures, are also complete and assembled in a manner that no time will be lost with searching for missing files. One of the most important details about the course is that the lectures are generally pretty short and rarely go beyond a ten minute mark each which helps focus on the task at hand and motivate the students to do "just one more" lecture. My only gripe as a rather experienced Illustrator user is that this course also didn't offer any suggestions of how to deal with the issue of exporting assets with clipping masks through asset exporter. However, given that it's ultimately an issue with Illustrator itself, not the topic at hand, it didn't feel right to warrant a reduction in total score. Well done.
