I would like to change my career and become a UX designer.
What would be the essential (or primal) programs that I would have to master to become a UX? and also would like to know the profile requirements agencies ask to become a junior designer and work in with them? I appreciate your help with your advice...

Hey Kenneth, to be hired as a junior designer you'll need to know how to run a UX test. This is what you'll learn in this course. You'll need to know the software programs Photoshop & XD. Plus Sketch (depending on the agency).
You'll need a great portfolio. If i was you, I'd have 3 good Web/App projects in your portfolio. You mention changing you're career. Do you have experience in any creative or design field? - Dan
I have some experience in Digital Marketing (I toolk courses and I've worked in some projects as a freelancer). I have also done some web design projects too.
Hey Kenneth, sounds like it will be a good fit for you current skills. First step is to build out a portfolio of 3 good UX projects. This can be hard, so my advice is to take a personal project or friends/family website or app and do a full UX project on it. All the way through to actually user testing. So you can practise the craft. You could also try Upwork / Freelancer / Fiverr to get your first work. Price low, go overboard so that you can build a portfolio & experience.
